Great location but not luxurious

Advertised at luxury is a bit much. Increase in maintenance and cleaning services are a must to make this an enjoyable stay. Outside maintenance: spa was dirty so we didnt get to use it, broken chairs, wasp nest. Chalet: White walls are only nice when clean. bed linens dirty, doodling in mirror, dirty sock from previous

Great location

Situated on a beautiful lake, close to Lac Simon and other great spots. The open concept cottage was fantastic, and bigger than it looks because of the openness. Wish we had time for more than just a fire and wished we were able to make use of the boats but alas we count make the time. Thank you to our hosts for allowing us to use your beautiful space!

Le mot luxueux est de trop

De façon général nous avons passé un bon séjour. L’endroit est tranquille et c’est ce que nous recherchions. Le chalet est plutôt beau dans son ensemble. On y retrouve pas mal tout ce dont nous avons besoin. La communication devrait être améliorée, car impossible de rejoindre le proprio ou la personne en charge via l’application VRBO. Aucun problème à rejoindre Fabrice par texto ou si je laissais un msg sur sa boite vocale il me rappelait rapidement. En arrivant l’état des lieux n’était pas parfait. Le lave-vaisselle était plein alors qu’il aurait du être vider durant le ménage. Il y avait plusieurs serviettes mouillées dans la laveuse et du mark de café était resté dans la cafetière. Par contre , le reste du chalet était propre. L’air climatisé contribue beaucoup à l’aspect négatif du séjour. Il est peu efficace et il fait beaucoup de bruit. Je recommande fortement au propriétaire d’effectuer un entretien. Les lits sont très confortables et il y a des oreillers d’extra au besoin. Le bord de l’eau est trèts joli et calme. Nous nous y sommes baignés et avons fait un peu de kayak. Mais y’a un fort courant à quelques endroits et c’est difficile de revenir. J’ai du marché dans l’eau avec le kayak pour remonter. Le chemin pour se rendre au bord de l’eau est très peu entretenu. Même si ce n’est pas très loin il y a beaucoup d’herbe haute. Le quai est partagé avec autre chalet. Nous n’avions pas l’impression d’avoir un chalet au bord mais plutot un chalet avec une servitude de passage (accès) au bord de l’eau. Oubliez la pêche à cet endroit , il n’y a rien. L’épicerie Métro est tres proche et le lac simon aussi. Les enfants ont adorés le spa. Tout fonctionnait très bien par contre le niveau de chlore était très intense, trop intense! Le wifi est fonctionnel mais pas très rapide. Parfois l’internet ne fonctionne pas. Pas recommander pour faire du télétravail. La réception cellulaire n’est pas non plus très bonne. Sommes toute le chalet est beau, mais pas du tout luxueux. L’emplacement prétend un bord de l’eau, mais pas le chemin le plus agréable pour s’y rendre.

Dispendieux pour ce qui est offert

Nous avons loué un chalet à cet endroit l’an dernier (anciens propriétaires) et le prix était beaucoup plus abordable que cette année, 37% plus cher sans ajout et/ou service supplémentaire. L’entretien et la propreté du chalet, à l’extérieur, pourraient être améliorés. Par exemple, les chaises n’étaient pas nettoyées, les bords de fenêtres et seuil de porte avaient des toiles d’araignées. Sous la grille du BBQ, il y avait pleins de feuilles mortes, dont nous avons dû nettoyer. Le réseau satellite pour la télévision et l’internet fonctionnait à 50% du temps. Le chalet et l’endroit sont beaux, tranquille et reposant. Nous avons eu une belle semaine de vacances en famille.

Beau petit chalet

Le chalet correspond bien à la description. L'hôte n'a jamais répondu à mes messages sur la plateforme vrbo mais il a répondu à un retour de courriel et l'arrivée s'est bien déroulé finalement. Le chalet est bien situé, près d'une rivière et le terrain est très beau. La propreté et les équipements du chalet était ok.
