This home provides easy access to all the attractions in Columbus; Less than 5 Mins to family-friendly Lake Bottom Park, and 10 mins to the Coca Cola Space Science Center and downtown!

The Space:
You'll enter the home through the original front door with a stained glass peacock feather insert and be welcomed into the home in the main living room. Here you will find a cozy couch and chair to help you unwind from your day! On the right of the entry is the dining room. Walkthrough the dining room into the beautiful Butler's pantry and breakfast nook, which will lead you into the well apportioned kitchen. The kitchen has all your cooking needs and a coffee station to get your day started right!

All three bedrooms are accessible from the main hallway. The spacious Master bedroom features a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with full shower and luxurious oversized tub. The washer and dryer is also located in the Master Bathroom closet. The second and third bedroom both feature a full size bed and twin daybeds with trundles. Both bedrooms share the hall bathroom where you can see the original tilework and bathtub from 1933!

You can enter the fully-fenced backyard from the kitchen. The backyard oasis features a river pavers seating area and BBQ pit. There is also a small hill covered in boxwood bushes that leads to a grassy flat play area, which is perfect for kids and pets!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house and will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in Midtown Columbus, perfectly situated to enjoy a quiet night on the porch, or walk around Midtown to explore 18 different historic neighborhoods!

Getting Around:
Our home is located in a residential area, so driving is recommended, however Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

Driveway can fit two cars and there is street parking available for two additional cars. Please do not block the driveways of our neighbors homes or park in front of their homes!

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
