This beautiful villa has a total of 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms. Also includes 3 garages (4th will not be accessible as we use for storage), a home theater with Dolby Atmos sound system, formal dining room with a table that can seat 10 people, 2 home offices including one with a massage chair, exercise room, yoga/meditation studio, cigar/sunroom lounge. 2 full kitchens and 2 sets of washers and dryers. The home is equipped with everything you'll need and so much more.
The best part of Villa Amore is the spacious backyard which includes: a stunning resort style outdoor heated swimming pool with a waterfall and a jacuzzi. Enjoy complete privacy surrounded by natural mature trees, bushes, and grass.

1. The Master Bedroom on the first floor has a king-size bed with a giant frame overhead, comfortable seating area, and fireplace. The bedroom has an entrance to the yoga/meditation studio ( sunroom) along with a Master Bathroom ,a jacuzzi tub and oversized shower that includes 3 showerheads including a mist option.
2. Second bedroom Downstairs "in-laws quarters" is the definition of comfort, guests will be able to enjoy a full night's rest in this king bed, located right next to the garage, laundry room, and full bathroom.
3. The Third Bedroom has a queen-size bedroom set and a twin bed in the loft with a ladder, entrance to the balcony, and a full bathroom with bath.
4. Fourth Bedroom has a twin and a full bed in the loft with a ladder, desk, entrance to the balcony, and full bathroom with bath.
5. Bedroom turned into an exercise room perfect for getting in a great workout with an elliptical, punch bag, weights bench, yoga ball and dumbbells along with a Full Bathroom including a bathtub.
6. Bedroom with a queen-sized bed set located next to the exercise room.
7. In the guest house, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, a direct entrance to the backyard and the swimming pool.
8. The bedroom was turned into a guesthouse office with a small 1/2 bathroom next to it. There is an office located in the guest house along with a half bathroom attached.
9. Home Theater Upstairs. Upstairs you will find the home theater with [amenities (such as surround sound TV size etc]
10. Formal dining room with large chairs that can accomodate 10 people
11. Large modern Home office with a massage chair and additional seating.
12. Main family room with bar and an additional seating area by the fireplace on the other side.
13. Chill-out lounge in the sunroom by the main kitchen.
14. Yoga/meditation studio in the sunroom on the opposite side.
15. Laundry room with big pantry/ wine cellar.
16. Living room with breakfast nook in the guest house.
This home has a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils and spices for cooking. There is also a microwave, coffee maker, and other amenities for the guests to enjoy during the stay.
Villa "Amore" is also equipped with all essential appliances.

We ask that you remain respectful and keep the noise down, specifically in the backyard. Per city code, quiet hours begin at 9 p.m. daily. The neighbors will contact the authorities if there are any disturbances.
Our house rules state:
No loud music outside Give hours
No smoking inside
No parties or events are allowed
No pets unless authorized (fees apply)
Upon arrival, you have 24 hours to check the house and report any maintenance concerns you have so we may address them as soon as possible.
• Smoking is not allowed in the rental, and there is a $500 fee for the violation of the house rules.
• If any property is damaged or missing after your departure you will be charged for the value of the item.
• Mailbox access is NOT provided. Guests may order packages through the post office or lockers.
• Early check-ins are subject to availability for an additional fee and not guaranteed until the day of your arrival.
• Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided free of charge upon request. Please note all items are subject to availability. Deliveries are between 11am and 8pm.
• There is a NoiseAware device installed in the home. This is not a listening or recording device. This device will simply notify StripViewSuites if the noise level goes above a certain volume. This device is for home security and for the consideration of the neighborhood. If there is a noise complaint guests may be asked to immediately vacate the property and no refund will be issued. Please do not touch the devices. This is a violation of the house rules.
• There are Ring Surveillance cameras on the outside of the property. Ring surveillance is only used for security purposes. Surveillance is not used inside of the property. Devices are located at the front door and backyard. Please do not touch the devices. This is a violation of the house rules.
• This home is monitored 24 hours by AV security company. Security monitors the noise sensors and cameras to ensure the safety of our guests and neighbors.
