Casa Maryann is a beautiful two story 3 bedroom 3 bathrooms house located in Laguna Shores with a PRIVATE POOL, one of the most exclusive high end communities in Rocky Point , Security gate at entrance 24hrs and a few minutes to the beach. The house has a private pool and a very spacious backyard where you can make a BBQ and get a nice sun tan.
The 3rd bedroom is located right by the pool with its own bathroom. Enjoy a sunset upstairs in the terrace where you will find a firepit.

The house is in a private community that has its own restaurant (Infusion del Golfo). It is about 30min away from the city but the community has everything you need to enjoy a nice vacation.

We enjoyed our time

The house and location were good. The beach is pretty with lots of sea shells but at low tide the water is very far away and the beach is clay. We still had a great time

Comfortable Accomidations

We were beyond happy that we could bring our family dogs with us. The weather was too cold for using the pool or swimming at the beach, we did, however, have an amazing time celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday! I recommend that the owners update their information for guests on their wall. Example: contact name and number for help is outdated by two years. There wasn't a gold cart as stated in the papers on the wall, and the fireplace was not on the roof. It was relocated to ground level. It gave me the impression that the owners may not care. The property management went all out with friendliness and was very accommodating! We may return if the water levels do actually ever reach the shore. We waited for high and low tides and the water never came to the shore.

Great place

Great house for us and our two dogs. They absolutely loved the yard and the beach. The place could use an update, but super clean otherwise. We were out most of the day and hung out outside in the evening and lit the firepit. It was beautiful.
