Lily Marlene & American Beauty | Hot Tub | Great for Families

Built in 1923 by Edward Stein, the Magnolia House was consistently voted one of the top B&Bs in Fredericksburg since 1991. It has been converted from a B&B and is now a premier vacation rental in which you can rent the entire five bedroom house for a gathering with friends and family or as spacious suites with separate sitting areas, fireplaces and private entrances. The Lilli Marlene and American Beauty Suites include 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms making them ideal for families, friends, and couples. Like all of the rooms at Magnolia House, the suites are spotless and well appointed with high quality linens, fluffy towels, signature toiletries and luxurious spa robes- all selected with your ultimate comfort in mind. After a long day enjoying the beauty of the Hill Country, relax with a glass of wine next to the koi pond or enjoy a soak in one of the 2 hot tubs. Lilli Marleen & American Beauty Suites
LOCATION - 7 blocks north of Main St
HOSTS - Suite all to yourself. There are two other suites on the property but they will not be occupied during your stay. There is also a separate cottage at the rear of the property where the groundskeeper lives but your privacy is always respected.
SLEEPS - Up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms; 2 king bedrooms downstairs & 1 king bedroom upstairs
BATH - 3 baths; There is 1 bath downstairs & 2 upstairs. All have tubs & showers
KITCHEN - A fully equipped kitchen is available for the Lilli Marleen Suite with regular & Keurig coffeemakers.

Fun in Fredricksburg

We had a beautiful stay in Fredericksburg. Very close to Main Street and all the shopping/restaurants. Loved the hot tub in the evenings

Magnolia Stay

I booked Magnolia House for my wife's 60th B'day, for her and 5 of her closest girlfriends to have a girls' weekend by themselves, enjoy Trades Day , and be pampered! They WERE! ALL of them just absolutely LOVED the house, its' location, and the proximity to downtown!! Here it is Tuesday nite & they're still texting each other on how much they enjoyed the weekend, the house, the Hot Tubs, and the entire trip! They are ALL ready to go back for another simply awesome & relaxing weekend! I made a TON of brownie points on this one!!!!👍🌹🎶

House itself nice. Upstairs Bathroom in bedroom was dirty. A pile of dirty towels were on the floor. Mirror above sink had dried water spots from whomever stayed there before. Tried calling after hours phone number upon arrival but no answer.

Beautiful property

Great space but could be cleaner

Our family had a great time but had to do some cleaning. The upstairs bathroom had a dirty wash rag on the rack, the toilet in the upstairs room had a black ring my aunt cleaned, the tea cup was really dirty, there were dishes in the dishwasher, old opened food in the freezer, outside furniture very dirty, vape pen on the outside rocks by the hot tub, a cigar on the patio, front key pad difficult to distinguish.
