This is a great walk to beach 2 bedroom condo located in a triplex with 2
other Condos. This space is up 1 flight up stairs.
Hard to find 2 bedroom set up for families incredibly close to beach. Better
set up than a large complex. Park, walk up stairs to left and youre inside
super easy. Very large pool area in back that is shared with 2 other condos
here
There is no carpeting in this condo all hard floors and has a cooling effect
after being at the beach all day. Colors inside offer a palette with a
Caribbean edge guests have really enjoyed in past.
This pool is shared with the other 2 condos here & has some shade & chairs.
This particular space has some updates, while other aspects have the eclectic
beach vibes feel to it that is getting harder & harder to find in originality
vs. a cookie cutter space which this is not.
As we stated with a fully equipped kitchen, there are pots/pans/dishes/down to
a blender for some nice frozen drink assistance after a long day at the beach.
*Free Parking Off Street
The max is 8 people (we count infants as people LOL) be aware there is only a
queen bed in each bedroom, the couch in the living room does not pull out. If
you would like we can supply a no charge airbed & pump for extra space but
please bring additional bedding.
As this is a triplex, you can also book the other 1 or 2 condos - unit C or
(3) is next door upstairs, while unit A (1) downstairs is a full 3 bedroom. We
recommended inquiring at least 60 days in advance if you want to book more
than one condo. Max would be 26 people if you took all of the triplex.
Please be aware that we do NOT allow more than 2 vehicles here off the street
from this condo and the 2 spaces are free parking. If you bring more, or park
on side of street we do have to tow at your expense so know this/be prepared
up front.
While we do not provide a grill, we do allow BBQing in one of your 2 parking
spaces.. It is not allowed to grill by the pool, FYI.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only
provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want
you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a
power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router
to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top
of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and
plugging it back in it will pop up
Clearly we have air conditioning and free parking. Towels, bed sheets and
pillow cases as well as bedding is in the unit.

This property and listing does require a few things after the booking is made
on Airbnb:
1.) You must additionally assure against damages by either agreeing to pay a 1
time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee (not refundable) to assure
against damages
OR
You may choose to do a fully refundable $500 damage deposit. You must do one
or the other to book this property and stay here
We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again,
these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict
on coverage plans.
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or
older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to
booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes
with additional requirements.
2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached
photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre
Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign
prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide
your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb
messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do
NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible
with additional requirements
Please ask us any questions you may have prior to booking we are more than
happy to answer - this condo has a strict cancel policy.
This home is professionally managed by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd
open 9 am to 5 pm 7 days per week if you have questions or need assistance. We
provide all bedding, towels, etc. as well as a starter pack of trash bags,
dishwasher pods, and toilet paper + soaps. It is not unlimited nor restocked
please note or come prepared. There is a dollar general store on the island.
