Home Truths:
There is a construction site next to the property, and at the back of the property and we just wanted to be transparent to guests. This may or may not be disturbing to guests hence we want to be transparent and upfront for any booking who wishes to proceed, construction work will be complete by the 7th May. Please note we cannot refund if there is noise after check-in and we do ask that guests discuss this upfront so it doesn’t affect the property’s amazing reviews.

Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:
We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.
Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.
The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.
To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method.
