What We Love

This architecturally designed 4 bedroom home with luxury furnishings and finishes is located in one of the Eastern Suburbs most sought after locations. This home has been thoughtfully created with space in mind. Your needs come first by way of high ceilings and large windows letting in plenty of natural light.

The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, and it's not your average house. The bathrooms are marble including the ensuite, which you'll find yourself lost for words at how beautiful it all looks with its double shower area and deep soaking bath. The Master bedroom which has an extensive closet and powder-room, itself seems like something straight out of Architectural Digest magazine; the rooms large size has an extensive window overlooking the pool and entertaining area below which also provides ample light or if you want a darker ambience just flip the motorized block-out blinds down.

The lower level of the three level home is affectionately called the basement. It has art-deco lounge chairs and ample space for hanging out with the fam or relaxation after that workout from the home gym. Its a double sized lounge-room with premium carpet and fully functional air-conditioning and heating. This room has plenty of natural light or if you prefer the darkness while wathcing your favorite Netflix show on the large Smart TV, why not put the block-out blinds down.

From preparing a basic snack or family meal, the modern high-end kitchen is well-equipped. An intimate dining zone will bring the family together. A comfortable living area sits off the dining zone and connects to the outdoors. Open the doors and walk out to the timber deck. This is perfect for alfresco entertaining, whether thats a BBQ or a quiet drink under moonlight. A grassed area will draw the kids outside and offers enough room for
games and enjoy the pool to cool down in the Bondi summer's heat.

Only a short walk to the sandy shores of the iconic Bondi Beach, this unique retreat captures beach living at its finest. Surfside shopping plus the vibrant cafes and eateries offer a chance to fully embrace the celebrated Bondi lifestyle. Take on the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk (stop for a dip in the water along the way) and treat yourself to an ice cream at the end!

Home Truths:

There is a construction site next to the property, and at the back of the property and we just wanted to be transparent to guests. This may or may not be disturbing to guests hence we want to be transparent and upfront for any booking who wishes to proceed, construction work will be complete by the 7th May. Please note we cannot refund if there is noise after check-in and we do ask that guests discuss this upfront so it doesn’t affect the property’s amazing reviews.

Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:

We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.

Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.

The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.

To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method.

No curtains I. The stairs & bedroo
We booked it on location & especially the pool. But on arrival the pool was dirty & the pump to heat it was broken . Georgina emailed us crediting us $500 , but wenever Received the credit & the email became a “no Teply” answer ??
