Dear Guest’s, I’m very excited you decided to booked my listing LAVENDER HILL GUEST HOUSE in Bathurst, thank you! Here’s everything you need to know about this beautiful, modern/styles, and very clean one bedroom guesthouse with a double sofa bed in the lounge room. The main bedroom has a queen size non partner disturbance mattress. Beds are very comfortable and all linens are top of the Line-range on luxury feels. Very peaceful place to stay, relax and recharged with beautiful view from your bedroom windows. We have beautiful garden and abundance of trees around the property. The home are build on a three acre land with fantastic views of the mountains. Has a separate heating and cooling systems in your bedroom and your main areas. Bathrobes, towels, toiletries, extra linens, pillows and blankets provided for uses during your stay. Milk, butter, eggs, cereals, bread, tea and instant coffee plus coffee beans provided, so help yourself. Lactose dairy free milk and gluten free bread available on request. Full kitchen and appliances available for your used during your stay with a safety switch off for your cooktop. Laundry and ironing services available on request for extra fee.

Guest access
Public bus are not available to and from property to town centre, however Bathurst taxis and Uber transport are available to help you out to get around town and nearby tourist attraction. Please make a booking. There are few hired car company in town available. These are Hertz, Avis, Thrifty, and Budget to name a few. Street Parking hours vary from 1, 2 and all day parking nearby streets, and in the shopping centre mostly three hours.

Beautiful Robin Hill

We had a wonderful stay at Robin Hill. Mark & Maribel made us feel very welcome. They are incredibly gracious hosts. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. We have stayed there three times, and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the Bathurst area. For us it’s the prefect place to stay….

More than a home away from home.

Always a pleasure. It was our second time here and Robin Hill never disappoints. Maribel is the ultimate host. So many thoughtful and personal touches. We look forward to our next weekend here.

Most AMAZING place and host!

This property has it all! It’s in an absolutely beautiful location, it’s the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in, just beautifully presented and the host Mirabel is so friendly and made our stay so perfect with little things like bread, fruit and milk and supplies ready for when we arrived. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bathurst - it’s the perfect place to stay.

Beautiful place to stay

We have stayed twice at this beautiful apartment. Maribel & Mark go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. It is very comfortable & spacious. The bathroom has lovely products to try, including bath salts. It is very close to town. Located on a large private property. The outlook is lovely too. They have very happy cute fur-babies. They are such a delight. I would highly recommend this apartment. We will be staying again later this year. Nicole & Ian

Outstanding Host

Second stay and Maribel has made the experience even better. Lovely treats in the fruit bowl and perfectly clean and so comfortable. The view from the main bed is so beautiful we decided to lay in and read. This will always be the first place we look for in Bathurst. Thanks again Maribel.

My STRA just recently open in late December 2021. it is a one queen size bedroom with built in and a double sofa bed with kitchen, lounge room, bathroom, bathtub, shower, toilet and amazing high end toiletries. has everything you need to stay comfortable away from your home. the kitchen has everything you will need to make/cooks a meals. with a modern appliances.
Our home is very clean, very relaxing exclusive home with all the luxury of a five star hotel. Your host is very trustworthy, attentive, and friendly

We are very close to Town Center, Local Attraction, Hospital, Police Station, Fire Station, University (CSU), Restaurant, Cinema, Golf Course, Walking track, and the iconic Mount Panorama Race Track.
We are very unique because the property is surrounded with nature and amazing view of the mountain overlooking stablesh garden and mountains. The home is built on a very exclusive neighbourhood on a three acreage land.
