This ocean-front, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom top-floor condo has stunning panoramic ocean views from the living room, patio and master bedroom! This family-friendly condo is steps away from the beautiful Isle of Palms beach! This comfortable condo is very convenient for guests to walk up from the beach to the unit for lunch, snacks, breaks or to grab a refreshing beverage. You can watch the sunrise while drinking a cup of coffee on your private ocean-front patio or enjoy watching your family make memories while playing on the beach below. When taking a beach break you can also swim in the community pool, which has exclusive access for the 9-unit complex. Centrally located on Front Beach, you are within walking distance to all restaurants and only a few blocks to the grocery store.

Please note this unit is NOT pet friendly as the HOA prohibits animals within the units.

This unit has 2 parking spots: Do NOT bring more than 2 cars there is limited parking on the island.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to liability and insurance regulations fireplace use is not permitted.

Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs and bicycles.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays. All other months require a 3-night minimum booking.

Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.

Bath Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from IOP Beach Chair company.

Please note - The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 8 THIS IS ENFORCED PER IOP REGULATIONS.

This property gets an A+ for location, walkability, decor, views and all the usual stuff. Also it is HUGE, every bedroom has a huge bathroom, it’s all one story (bless up for toddler moms), all the doors close quietly. The parking situation was incredible. Every last touch was so appreciated. NEED to come back

This is a perfect vacation rental for a family. It was very comfortable and clean. The only problems were that there was no ice, the water on the refrigerator didn’t work.

Beautiful unit 303
Everything was just as it appeared online. Bright, fun unit right on the beach and walking distance to anything you want/need! Can’t say enough good things about our stay. The only suggestion I would give, is to be clearer that gate code is for both garage and beach gate. This puzzled us until the last day when an owner explained that.
