Initially Disappointed

We had no internet, no television for the first 7 days of arrival. We bought adapters for the tv’s so we could at least watch tv via my cell phone. I asked to be reimbursed for the adapters but that did not happen. The bed broke in the middle of the night while we were asleep. Upon taking the mattress off we could see that the slats had obviously been broken before. They were held together by duct tape and the screws were barely screwed in. The unit definitely could have been cleaner as well. The rental company was great at addressing our issues. No problem with them at all. Considering the amount of money he/she is getting for this rental, I feel the owner could put a little money into the unit by upgrading the master mattress and living room couches. Unbelievably uncomfortable! That being said the unit is very pretty and spacious. Great location and everyone was very friendly. We did enjoy our two-month stay overall. Would rent again in the same complex. Would also consider renting that unit again if some upgrades were made and the price wasn’t so high.

Condo 2303

Physically the condo was very good. They did seem to cheap out on draperies(drapes in MBR were a good 8 inches too long). They laid on floor and could trip over them. Towels were thin and reminded of staying at cheap hotel. Management company was very responsive when called. They unclogged sink in Master Bath, came twice about bugs in kitchen and took care of light bulbs that were out in kitchen ceiling. The community pool was great and never crowded. Neighbors were mostly very friendly. Would consider staying there again if price wasn’t so high.
