Cozy, sweet cottage located RIGHT on the beach, step out the door and you are there! 2-bed, 1 bath, full kitchen, windows EVERYWHERE, this cottage is a beach goers dream! The 22 iconic cottages dot Route 6A, this one is "Aster," just along the strip leading into Provincetown.

Easily hop the shuttle and you are in the hustle and bustle of this fun town, Provincetown, with lots to do, or go towards the lovely town of Wellfleet, shops, restaurants, and miles of walking trails. Or better, stay home in the cottage, enjoying the beauty of your own private bay beach, the gorgeous view of the bay and distant Provincetown, and the recreation of the beach.

The cottage is rustic and comfortable, harking back to a time when life was simpler, easy. Enjoy the carefree cottage living, warm breezes, sand between your toes, beach living!

This cottage sleeps 6 people with two bedrooms each with full beds and a full futon in the family room. There is a 36" smart TV with cable and WiFi. There is a full bathroom, full kitchen with gas stove/oven, a water facing living/dining space, and has parking for 2 cars (with overflow parking across the street).

Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shower curtain needs to be changed. VERY DIRTYFuton. Thin mattress. Cardboard and duct taped held up mattress. Awful Would be nice to have curtains on bedroom. WindowsSilver ware drawer a real mess. Sharp knives mixed in with forks etc5 drinking glasses for 6 peopleToilet seat very low View and location was wonderful as always ( 52 years). I would recommend to a friend but not cottage four unless there were improvements.
