Nice place, great location

This was a very nice studio apartment with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, two-burner cooktop, apartment-size dishwasher, and the proper gear to use all of these things. Right next to the Court Square subway station, which have many lines that run directly to most parts of Manhattan. We were based in Long Island City to visit family, and they were very close.

Poor communication

No shower curtain first two nights. Motion detector that turned on SPOTLIGHTS in adjoining room to bedroom placed inches above height of bed. When you shifted position they came on filling bedroom with light and requiring you to get up and turn off at switch on other side of apartment. Everything automated- Management has no access to your apartment so all difficult to resolve.

Very nice

Great place to stay, all dishes and a dishwasher/microwave provided in addition to stovetop. Roku on TV, altho they need to provide the pin number and update the instructions for use in future, the ones provided were not exactly applicable. But it was a really nice place, hassle free!
