This modern luxury beachfront apartment on level one is located on the waterfront and overlooks the beautiful Encounter Bay and a lawned reserve. What a perfect holiday apartment for your next get away. Park the car for the weekend and walk to all you will need throughout your stay. A short walk takes you to Granite Island to see the famous Horse-drawn tram across the causeway and the cute little penguins. Victor Harbor is filled with things to see and do, lots of local attractions, shopping, cafes and restaurants will surely keep you occupied all day before you relax and unwind in your luxury apartment by the ocean to finish off your day out.

The Space:
This apartment has the following layout:
Open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is light and bright and perfect to soak up those unspoilt ocean views.
Glass sliding doors leading outside onto the balcony where you can enjoy every meal of the day, table and chairs as well as a BBQ out in this area.
Ducted heating and cooling throughout.
Living area has plenty of seating areas and a TV.
Dining area to seat 6 people.

Kitchen has electric cooking, dishwasher, double sink, island bench, espresso coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster and much more!
Main Bedroom has queen size bed, built in robes, TV, and a glass sliding doors leading out onto your own little balcony. Ensuite leading off this room with a shower, bath, basin and toilet.

Main bathroom has got a shower, basin and toilet.
The laundry is located in the main bathroom. Washing machine and dryer, basin and plenty of bench spaces.

Bedroom two has queen size bed and built in robes.
Bedroom three has 2 x single size beds and a TV.

Ideal location and perfect ocean view

Lovely time in apartment. Bed was comfortable. Need to upgrade old couches though, not very comfortable. Great balconies. Note no wifi. Noise can be an issue from hotel behind as windows are not double glazed. Overall pleasant stay.

Missing some necessities

This property is well located and the views are as depicted. However, the property needs to have a fly screen door fitted to the balcony entrance and the main bedroom balcony entrance. When you open these doors to get the breeze you also get flies and mosquitoes. Also the lounge looks comfortable but it is not and like most holiday rentals, there are not enough coffee tables for people to use.
