Great stay - need to spend some $

Overall everything was great. But for the $ charged, the owner needs to spend a small amount on upkeep. The fridge is v old and door does not stay closed, the toilet seats have been (re)painted - new ones are $30, the door handles are broken, etc. Small $ that would make a massive difference. Thanks
