We are thrilled you’re taking a glance at this property! This private, gated, and modern slice of paradise sits on a 1.5 acre peninsula in the heart of Memphis. We are approx. a 25 minute drive to Beale Street or the MEM Airport. Though it’s in the city, beautiful views of Tennessee nature can be seen from every room. To add to the allure of this southern sweetspot, this home was designed by renowned local architect OT Marshall. His design implements an open concept with a clean layout and plenty of glass to reveal a stunning 360 degree view of the lake. The boundary between the outdoors and the comfort of the home blend. Gathering in this home is a must, anywhere from the gourmet kitchen, the living room, the game room, the dining room, the library, or our favorite, the expansive deck. This home’s private sleeping wing nestles 6 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. Truly this home is peak sweet southern comfort!

Huge Beautiful Memphis Home
Nine of us, all family, spent 3 nights at this very large home in Memphis. The living space was perfect. The kitchen was well a quipped and serviced cooking and storage. The game room was so fun and was far away from the sleeping wing. The outdoor space was beautiful and we were able to have a bonfire at night. Highly recommended!

Very responsive to problem
We had a major plumbing problem affecting 3 bathrooms. ( the line from house to sewer had become restricted with tree roots). They were very responsive in quickly getting a plumber out as well someone to clean up the messes. The split layout ( living areas / bedrooms) works very well!

Great Place for a Family Reunion
My hhusband and I live in the Chicago area and our four children live all out of town. My daughter found this vrbo and we were quite pleased. The home was spacious, clean and the grounds were lovely. I highly recommend it.

It was perfect
We are a group of 12 women who get together once a year. It is often find a home that is large enough to accommondate us (without bunk beds). This home did it...and more. It is very close to Memphis, yet far enough away that you feel you're in the country. The place has more than enough room for large groups. The communication with Beth was excellent. We had a problem with the garbage disposal, and it was fixed early the next morning. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Great property with easy access to everything. The layout of the house is perfect, especially for large groups like our family. The lake is beautiful but not swimmable.

Let’s introduce you to Beth and Rob. Both are adventurous beyond a doubt.
Beth puts in hard work for everything she does, especially her work as a professional interior designer. She adores entertaining and hosting guests with the properties she rents- a testament to sharing her love for travel.
Rob is a pilot, perfectly paired with his wife’s love for travel. He enthuses over the outdoors and will experience anything new that sparks his interest or comes his way. In the outdoors, you can find him snowboarding, mountain biking, or hiking, if he isn’t off trying something new.
The two of them have been on an adventure together for 25 years. They have two kids, though now on their own adventures, one as a nurse and the other in college. They are retired Air Force and retained the love of flight. You bet on their travels over the course of their marriage they love to experience wide varieties of food, and love to share their experiences. This led them to buy and share homes in some of their favorite places. Beth and Rob welcome you to their Memphis home, with pleasure.

Why they chose this property

Our home is peaceful and serene, with views of the outdoors from every room. It’s the perfect blend of city and country; You’re in the center of the city but would never know if you peeked outside! The home is roomy and well sized, as well as kept well stocked by the hosts- we have done this a while and know what is needed to make guests comfortable. Our home also has access to a lake that is fantastic for fishing, but it’s not recommended for swimming.
