The house is newly modern renovated and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. If you want to enjoy a peaceful, luxurious, and affordable stay, this is a good choice. The bedroom and bathroom are private others are shared. This cozy place is 15 minutes drive to downtown, within a 5-minute drive to the closest shopping mall, near trendy 17th, and 2 minutes walking distance to a bus station.
No pets, no smoking, and no drugs in the home.

Only privacy is in your room

After hearing the VRBO commercials that you get the place to yourself we were quite surprised when we showed up and the host's mother and I assume father are clearly living in the home. The mother did not speak English and appeared suprised that we were there. She had to call her daughter who first asked which company I booked through, then told me that her mom would show me to our room. The room still had personal belongings in the closet which immediately made us feel like we were intruding in someone else's room. When I asked why, she told me there was plenty of closet space. She didn't understand that having personal items in there was not cool. There were no hand towels. When I asked for some we got face cloths, paper towels and Kleenex. The tub was out of order. We were asked to strip the bed before leaving. The overall experience was very disappointing and this was our very first VRBO booking.

Not what we expected. Property said we only had to share with the guests we booked with, but not expecting to share with the people who lived there as well.
