* Dog(s) must be fully housebroken, on regular flea/tick treatment, well behaved, kept on a hand-held leash at all times while outside private areas, and crate trained. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture at any time, including beds, and guest must plan to crate their dog if away from the home. Guest agrees to pick up all doggie refuse from the property, as it occurs, and dispose of it in a tied bag placed, inside garbage bins. Guest agrees that their dogs will be clean, with sand removed prior to entering the home. If excessive cleaning and/or deodorizing is needed, extra charges may apply.
