Arrowridge - A Beautiful Waterfront Home for the Whole Family!

Welcome to Arrowridge on the west side of Lake of the Ozarks. This beautiful 4 bedroom 4 bath home is laid out perfectly for a large family or a couples retreat.

Step inside and enjoy the massive picturesque view of the lake from the Living Room with vaulted ceilings. Living Room accommodates up to 8 people and includes a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and gas fireplace. The kitchen is all set for your gourmet chef with all stainless steel appliances including a small drink/wine refrigerator. There is plenty of room to prepare meals with everything you will need and seating in the lakeside Dining Room for 6 at the table and 3 at the bar. Step outside off of the Dining Room to find a screened patio area with conversation seating and ceiling fan. Upper level also includes a large lakeside deck with gas grill and dining seating. There is also a utility room and includes a full sized washer & dryer and sink.

The Master Bedroom is located on the upper level and includes a King bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, private deck access and private bathroom. Master Bath has a standing shower, jetted tub and double sinks. Bedroom 2 is located behind the kitchen and has a Queen bed, shared bathroom with tub/shower, private water closet and sink. There is also a Twin sofa sleeper in Bedroom 4 and an additional air mattress to sleep up to 10 people.

Downstairs you will find lakeside Bedroom 3 that has a Queen bed and private bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 4 is also downstairs and has a Queen bed and shared bathroom with tub/shower. Also downstairs you will find a large family room with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, complete bar with sink, full sized refrigerator and 3 bar stools. Just off the Family Room is a covered patio with dining seating to enjoy.

Also take time to enjoy the gas firepit area with large comfortable chairs to watch the sun go down. The boat dock will accommodate a boat to tie to the side at this time, but enjoy the swim dock, ladder and picnic table to hang out!

Please note again that there is no cable or satellite, but includes internet connection and cell service that is spotty and limited. However, the owners do stream Netflix.

Have fun and enjoy the quiet west side of the lake. Enjoy the outdoors and waters of Lake of the Ozarks!

Wonderful House

Our second stay at this location. Great house for our family of 6. Included children, teens and adults. Plenty of room and had everything we needed. The dock is the best for fishing (caught many catfish this time) and swimming for the kids. Rented a tritoon, kept it at the dock, and had great fun on the lake. Beautiful view and location can't be beat. Very clean. Hopefully we will be back again!

Lovely home

The house was stunning, the views of the lake were present from every room. The house was very well equipped with every need thought of—the kitchen was very well stocked, the porches with the same view of the lake was very relaxing. We rented a pontoon for 3 days and the property offered a covered dock which was awesome. There weren’t too many areas on the lake we didn’t visit—went with the pontoon to several restaurants and also did a bit of fishing. A great Vacation for our family!!!

Friends/Family Get Together

This was the perfect place to gather. We have friends and family in 2 different states divided by 700+ miles. This home was so relaxing and absolutely beautiful. The views from inside and outside are amazing and there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. We even got to enjoy a couple of mornings doing yoga on the patios.

Perfect Lake House

The house is a perfect layout for 2 families. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it could have easily accommodated more. Great outdoor seating areas with amazing lake views. Propane grill and a Blackstone were great surprises.
