Fully fenced and gated grounds, our retreat is a haven for childhood adventures and magical exploration. A specially handmade treehouse with a platform & slide promises hours of laughter and joy.
Home Truth/s:
1. The property has a second waterfront dwelling which we rent out separately on short stays which is completely separate and private. Noting that this has a shared driveway and shared beach and waterfront access which can also be rented out (2 bed 1 bath - stargazers cottage)
2. We have an onsite manager (Henry and Deb) who takes care of the grounds, and property and can take care of any requests you may have during your stay. you will not be disrupted by them, however you may see them in and around the gardens taking care of the property. They are very respectful and discrete.

"Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:
We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.
Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.
The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.
To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method."
