Welcome to the Casalita Casita! Our charming cottage can sleep up to 14 people in its four bedrooms and features a fully-equipped kitchen, SmartTV, and more! The Space:
Welcome to our adorably cute home! As you step through the vibrant green door on the front porch, you'll enter the dining room with a large farm table. Adjacent to the dining area, the original built-in bookshelves create a unique separation, leading you into the cozy living room. Here, you'll discover a queen sleeper sofa, armchairs, and a SmartTV- perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

The fully-equipped kitchen, located towards the rear of the house, is stocked with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher; it has everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

This house boasts four bedrooms: The first bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a convenient full-size sofa bed, the second bedroom has two double beds, and the third and fourth bedrooms feature queen beds. Additionally, we have two full bathrooms.

Outside, our fully fenced yard is perfect for pets and kids. A charcoal grill is available for use.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Please be aware that this home has street parking for guests.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
