Welcome to this newly furnished beautiful lake haven cottage on Lake Erie, a perfect family getaway, nested on the edge of Lake Erie in the historic Amherstburg.
Also, you won't be bored staying here with your family. Kids will get to know the history there when you visit the top attractions there at the National historic site, freedom Musume and GL heritage brewing. Also, there is a playground that is only steps away from the house for your kids to play. Or a tasty wine tour with your lovely partner could be a romantic trip. If you want to relax in the sunshine, a holiday beach conservation area would be a must-go. By the way, there is a private launch dock if you are a boat/kayak/canoe fan. Extra parking spot across the street for you to park your boat or multiple cars if applicable.

Great vacation, unfortunate circumstances

We had a good vacation, the kitchen was great there were 2 bathrooms, and enough space for the 8 us to sleep. There were ac troubles, that did not get fixed until the morning we were leaving, but the owner did compensate us for the inconvenience. There was no direct lake access on the property, but the sweet neighbor next door allowed us access to her dock, and back yard. Overall it was a fun vacation for us, we did enjoy our time together.

Cottage 15 minutes from Amberburg

Very clean, nicely decorated cottage on the shore of Lake Erie. All amenities that we needed were supplied. Enjoyed outside seating looking out at the lake.

Natural stress buster

Lovely property, very relaxing and calm. Great for re-charging, rejuvenation etc. Perfect home away from home, well equipped kitchen. The view from the living room is to die for! So soothing to hear the sound of waves just footsteps from the house. The water lilies were in full bloom nearby, not just a little patch, but as far as I could see. There are lots of bird watching possibilities. I will definitely visit again.
