This home is surrounded by playgrounds, parks, trails and beaches including Long Lake Provincial Park, Frog Pond Park and Chocolate Lake Park & Beach. This home is minutes from the Armdale Yatch Club, Ashburn Golf Club, Pharmacies, Medical and Dental Clinics. 9 minutes to Bayers Lake; 11 minutes to Downtown Halifax, and minutes to all the major Highway systems. This is the perfect home for anyone looking!

Rest and Family Visit
17 Lovell Lane was a very comfortable and central location for our 3 week stay to take a relaxing break and visit family. The 5 minute walk to essential shopping was a real treat and our dog loved walking in the friendly neighbourhood. Our hosts took excellent care of us and the home was very well equipped. For a long stay, more comfortable furniture in the living room would be helpful. Thanks again Chris and Anne!

Owner didn’t communicate air con might not be working until after we arrived Beds were hard as rock In living room only had a small couch (which was super uncomfortable) and one chair not comfortable either. No TV just Netflix Very disappointed

3 bedroom home, newly renovated space from top to bottom. This home is perfect for your personal enjoyment or entertainment and privacy with no neighbor behind. Clean, Bright, and Warm with enjoyable features such as a beautiful bay window, ample kitchen cabinetry, and counter space. Suitable for both young and old as considered a normal/regular home but we cannot be responsible for any injuries based on the design of the ever evolving space. Less than 2 minutes’ walk to Royal Bank of Canada, Macdonald, Shoppers Drug Mart, NSLC and Public transit bus-stop. Less than 3 minutes’ walk to No Frills, Canadian Tire, Tim Hortons, Dollarama, The Bowlarama and First Choice Haircutters.
