Cosy Cottage has an 8-minute flat walk to the beach and a short distance further to the quaint Blairgowrie shops. 3 bedrooms, with upstairs Bathroom and separate toilet. Combined lounge, kitchen and dining area. The outdoor deck at the back with dining table and BBQ. Downstairs has a laundry with a washer, dryer and shower, and a separate toilet.

We have a strict no-party policy at the house, meaning no loud music day or night.
