Convenience & comfort in this bright 2-bedroom suite...Across from the Orange Hub Rec Center (156 St & 100 Ave).

All beds are equipped with luxurious memory foam mattress toppers for an amazing night's sleep. Kitchen is fully-equipped (just bring groceries). Suite decor is neutral and comfortable, with new luxury vinyl plank flooring.

Convenient location -- on major bus routes (and only 2 blocks to the Jasper Place Transit Center) with easy access to downtown, U of A, & West Edmonton Mall (WEM).

This unit is on the top floor of a 3-story walk-up (no elevator), so there is no one above you.

Me and my damily enjoyed our stay.!! It felt like home away from home and the owners were very responsive and everything i questioned. Highly recommended.

Beware of add on damage accusations

Did not realize we were in an area of town highly not recommended. Room is very basic, but after checkout, request for damages started in to include stained sheets. They stated we created a small dent in the wall, which seems odd since we very rarely entered that area and did not touch the walls at anytime. If you decide to stay here, walk through it with a fine toothed comb, take pictures of everything and report the slightest blemish. Rent at your own risk.
