Kings Drive is an established leafy suburb of Wanaka, located 5 minutes drive from Wanaka's town center. Wanaka offers a wide variety of activities to do. Take a lake cruise or a scenic helicopter flight, try your hand at heli-skiing, or fishing in many of the surrounding lakes and rivers. Alternatively, a walk to Rob Roy Glacier in the stunning Mt Aspiring National Park or a walk with the locals up Mt Iron might be more your thing. Dingleburn Safari and Puzzling World with its maze and illusion room offer further entertainment options for children, as do Wanaka's 2 quirky unique movie theaters. If it’s more of a relaxing holiday you’re after, picnics on the Clutha River or Lakefront or a wine tour of the local vineyards are all a stone’s throw away. Wanaka's airport is 9km away and Queenstown's airport is only an hour’s drive via the stunning Crown Range.
