About this property

This little studio is a great option for a 1 or 2 person party wanting to visit Folly Beach, but wanting a little more solitude than a hotel provides. It can also be an add-on to our 3 bedroom unit (Homeaway #292172) to add a 4th bedroom, as well as a 3rd bathroom.

Located 1 block from the beach, and one block from Center Street - the heart of downtown Folly - the unit features a queen bed, a HD flatscreen TV with Blu-ray player and unlimited streaming movies via Netflix, a convenience fridge, microwave & coffeemaker and access to an outdoor communal grill.

This is our 4th time staying at this location. We love this location bc it’s connected to Bert’s and beside Chico feo + walking distance to center st. We come to folly beach several times/year..

Great location

Although we had some issues getting in, the place was a perfect little getaway for my husbands birthday. The location is great. Just a short walk to the beach. It might be helpful to have a map of the local hangouts and restaurants. We will definitely stay again.

About the host

Hosted by Julia and Omar Colon

Omar & Julia are year round Folly Beach residents. Besides managing their rental properties, they own and operate Bert's Market, the only grocery store on Folly Beach. They have 3 daughters and two sons. We love to travel around this beautiful country camping along the way, as well as riding atv's surfing, kayaking, painting ect. Omar and the children are passionate about music and Omar operates a recording studio, Fairweather Studio in Charleston.
