This space has been used as a former bed and breakfast and is set up with the guest experience in mind.

Enjoy this quiet part of the island and relax in your room being so close to the ocean. Every room comes with a balcony view and great outdoor seating to relax with coffee or tea in the morning.

The owner of the property has a Jewellery gallery behind the building open 4 days a week between 10am and 4 pm, with handmade jewelry for you to either admire her craft or for purchase.

This room is equipped with a large comfortable queen size bed with fresh linen. A large corner Spa overlooking the ocean with reflective windows for privacy.
A cable smart TV with optional Disney/Netflix/ Youtube on personal account and a DVD player in each room and it comes with a complimentary coffee using a pod machine and tea.
Microwave and Iron and Iron board are available in each room.
Plus dishes and cutlery.

This place will not disappoint and for the colder nights, we have split system heating in each room.

There is a large lobby, when you enter the building around the back that is shared with other potential guests.

The lobby features a large dining table and comfortable couches with a great view of the outside.
This place is great for couples to enjoy some peace and quiet and love to be close to nature.

There is Free parking either behind the building (2 Spots) or in front (2 spots), but will be clarified on confirmation of reservation.

The rooms are limited to two people maximum and no extra guests are allowed in the rooms.
* This space is not suitable for infants.
* No noise after 11 PM, and no more use of the SPA function after 11 pm due to potential noise for other guests.
* There is no smoking allowed at this facility.

The Neighborhood:
Newhaven features some great local cafes and are all in walking distance from the listing.
The marina is right in front of the building and either walking to the right brings you to the cafes, massage centre, bakery or dinner.
Walking to the left, brings you to a secluded beach access, or an amazing stroll through some amazing coast line.
