*Note* This apartment does have a contactless check in procedure - This means you will need to collect the key from an external location that is a few hundred metres away from the apartment. The detailed instructions on how to retrieve & return the keys will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your check in, please ensure you read this before beginning the check in process!
The Neighborhood:
The Grace is situated on the edge of the inner city, with many highlights and conveniences within close walking distance! Wynyard Quarter and the Viaduct Basin are just a short (flat) stroll away - enjoy walking around the marina and seeing the impressive boats! Both areas also offer great restaurants for whatever your vibe and taste.
The Sky Tower and federal St dining precinct are up the road where you can enjoy a hip tourist vibe and fantastic views of the wider Auckland area if you make it up the tower!
There are fantastic walks in the area with Victoria Park just across the road and Westhaven boardwalk near by.
With easy access to the Link Bus route, Britomart train station and Fullers Ferry Terminal – and just a short stroll to Parnell and Ponsonby – you can even ditch the car.
It’s the perfect location to really embrace city living.
Getting Around:
The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions, with beautiful walks along the waterfront, the viaduct basin, Wynyard quarter and west haven marina are all only a 5 minute walk leading you to spectacular views with restaurants along the way.
If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around you with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 10-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far.
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

Infants:
Cots and high chairs are available to guests on request.
Keys & Lock-Out Policy
Any keys not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, along with the cost of replacing the lock(s) to the property (if necessary). If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.
If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.
No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 2 people to stay at the apartment.

We are not on site but we are available by email or phone call whenever you need :)
