This spacious one bedroom apartment offers a calm and cozy interior with warm tones filling the room making it the perfect place to come home to after a day of activities or for a relaxing weekend away!

The Neighborhood:
The Grace is situated on the edge of the inner city, with many highlights and conveniences within close walking distance! Wynyard Quarter and the Viaduct Basin are just a short (flat) stroll away - enjoy walking around the marina and seeing the impressive boats! Both areas also offer great restaurants for whatever your vibe and taste.
The Sky Tower and federal St dining precinct are up the road where you can enjoy a hip tourist vibe and fantastic views of the wider Auckland area if you make it up the tower!

There are fantastic walks in the area with Victoria Park just across the road and Westhaven boardwalk near by.

With easy access to the Link Bus route, Britomart train station and Fullers Ferry Terminal – and just a short stroll to Parnell and Ponsonby – you can even ditch the car.

It’s the perfect location to really embrace city living.

Getting Around:
The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions, with beautiful walks along the waterfront, the viaduct basin, Wynyard quarter and west haven marina are all only a 5 minute walk leading you to spectacular views with restaurants along the way.
If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around you with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 10-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far.
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

Keys & Lock-Out Policy
Any keys  not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, along with the cost of replacing the lock(s) to the property (if necessary). If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.

If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys.

Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.

No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 2 people to stay at the apartment.

Likes: Free evening parking on the street and visible from the apartment. Quiet Central and walking distance to Viaduct/Commercial Bay etc Dislikes: The sofa was very dirty with multiple marks and rubbish/chips/crumbs between the seats. The general level of cleaning was average, especially in the bathroom. Smudges, shower glass, shower shelf glass No tea towels for drying crockery (No teapot!) Smart TVs don't work in hotel rooms IMHO as you have to remember all your home TV log-ins to watch basic TV (We craved good old Sky TV). We could only watch TV 1/TV2/Duke and Netflix. There were porn movies loaded on the TV from a previous guest (we didn't watch it but couldn't bypass/remove it). The wi-fi instructions didn't work (there was no network or code/password where they should have been in the instructions. We contacted Urban Butler to advise but they never returned our call and request in the 4 days we were there. Poor form! Overall the pictures of the apartment made it look much bigger than it was and much better than it was. It was an average apartment but quite well-priced. We were expecting nicer and bigger and would pay more money in the future for a better non-budget offering.

Happy overall
This was our first experience with VRBO so we weren’t sure what to expect. Overall the property was good as in cleanliness and location was good and as advertised. A little more communication from the property manager would have been nice regarding how to operate the appliances which was a little confusing and Wi-Fi access, where the garbage room was etc. The offsite lockbox location was a little inconvenient but not a show stopper.

Great stay
I chose this instead of a hotel stay to feel more like at home and not be tied to just a room...The location is great, the building itself is awesome with a great rooftop overlooking Auckland at night looks great. the apartment is clean and fixtures are of a great quality too. The only negative was the key pick up from a different location, while lugging a large suitcase both on the day of checking in and checking out also. This i feel should've been communicated sooner and better.
