About this property

This split level home boasts fantastic bay and rural views and is only a short stroll to the picturesque Red Rocks Beach and provides plenty of room for the extended family on holidays.

The lower level features a large living area with split system heating and cooling and newly renovated bathroom. There is one bedroom on this level which has a queen size bed and it's own powder room.

On the split level there is a further three bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed as well as a single set of bunks. The second bathroom is also on this level.

The top level features a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and electric oven as well as a second spacious living area with split system heating and cooling. Relax out on the large wraparound deck and take in the fantastic views!

There is plenty of off street parking and the rear yard is fully fenced so you can bring your fur baby (by application, conditions apply)

*Moto Gp is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for the Moto Gp and World Superbike Events only!

For all other bookings please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels Or linen can be hired at South Coast Laundry Services.

Comfortable stay with a fabulous view

This was a very well equipt property - well equipt kitchen with condiments, teas, glad wrap, foil etc. Lots of books, puzzels and games to catering for all ages. Comfortable beds. Handy laundry with dryer. Having access to wifi was also good. My only negative was that the place was in dire need of a good deep clean - dishwasher was dirty, furniture was very dusty, downstairs bathroom was a bit grotty. We didn't feel we could use the outside bbq, dining setting or outside lounge suit (mouldy material) because they were too dirty. Despite this it was a comfortable stay.
