Nestled against the backdrop of Apollo Bay’s azure skies, rolling waves, and the majestic Otway Ranges, our holiday haven invites you to indulge in seaside serenity, have fun, and make lasting memories.

🏡 Chic Comfort: The interiors are bathed in natural light, showcasing two spacious living areas, a full kitchen, separate dining area and 4 to 5 bedrooms, all thoughtfully adorned for your comfort.

The house is large enough to accommodate three families. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth (largest) bedroom has two triple bunks. A fifth small bedroom has been set up with a single bed.

🌊 Panoramic Ocean and Mountain Views: Imagine waking up to the sound of gentle waves and being greeted by the sight of the sun-kissed sea. From sunrise to sunset, enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and the lush Otway Ranges from one of three decks, creating a picturesque backdrop for your coastal retreat.

🏖️ Beachside Bliss: Just a stone’s throw away, the beach beckons, less than 100 meters from your doorstep. Feel the soft sand between your toes, bask in the sun’s warm embrace, and take a dip in the ocean to cool off.

🌳 Outdoor Delights: Let the kids’ laughter fill the air as they enjoy the swings and trampoline in the spacious and fully fenced yard. The swings provide hours of joy, giving parents a chance to unwind while watching their little ones play.

🎮 Kids’ Game Room: Inside the double garage, a hideout awaits the young adventurers. Our dedicated game room is equipped with an array of board games, toys, books and activities where children can be themselves, fostering friendships and making cherished memories.

ℹ️ Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house. Note, there is an independent bungalow at the back of the house which is fully separated by a permanent fence. Access to the bungalow is also separated via its own gate and there is no interaction with the main house whatsoever. Guests will NOT have access to the bungalow.

ANY UNDECLARED ADDITIONAL GUESTS OR PETS WILL INCUR A CHARGE OF $100 PER PERSON, PER DAY.
