Sugarpaw Cottage - Very private cabin nestled amongst towering pines in this cozy mountain home!

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.

Nestled amongst towering pines, enjoy serene tree house vibes and a forested backyard setting from this beautiful mountain home. Very private and backs to the National Forest. Located just around the corner from popular trails at Sawmill Canyon and Pebble Plains, Big Bear Snow Play/Raceway, and Convention Center. Prime location for a family getaway in the winter or to enjoy a barbecue and fishing on the lake during the summer.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, multiple dining tables, a beautiful brick gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and balcony. Second bedroom has a double bed. Third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Nintendo gaming system. Board games include Cards Against Humanity Family Edition, Chutes and Ladders, and more. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi and DVD player. Relax near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with side by side washer/dryer.

Nice cabin but bring essentials

We have been using VRBO for our Big Bear trips for a few years now. Usually the cabins have all our necessities. This one was missing a lot of things that are typically included. The cabin was very nice and we had a decent trip. It was just a little inconvenient. The cabin didn't have a toaster, can opener, baking sheets, or any condiments for food. There was a DVD player but no dvds, a nintendo that didn't work, three decks of cards but all were missing cards and only four low quality towels for a three bedroom cabin. Despite the inconvenience we would probably stay here again but would bring more essentials and necessities to make the most of our trip.
