Why they chose this property

Ridgeway Retreat is a special place! Located on a small cul-de-sac on 4.2 acres of land. It is a 400 m walk to the deeded access to a private beach on Lake Huron with the most beautiful sunsets! The houses are located 5 min from Grand Bend, 15 min to Bayfield, close to wineries, breweries, restaurants, golf courses and the theatre. The main house is located on an expansive property that have flat front and backyards ideal for games and leisure activities. The forested area at the back of the property makes you feel secluded and gives lots of privacy. Enjoy the colours of the trees as we enter into fall! The fire pit and hot tub are amazing amenities for night-time star gazing and/or hanging out with friends and/or family. There is a huge deck that has a covered area with gas fireplace, and lots of space for gathering, eating and drinking. Cozy up with the expansive gas fireplace on the main floor or cook in the beautiful kitchen.
