The top floor houses a symphony of beige and blues between the main living spaces from the noble living room with a stone statement fireplace and carefully selected accents of comfort to the executive round dining table with elegant seating for six. Adjacent, the crisp white and black kitchen boasts elegance and reform with gourmet appliances and a large Wolf range. Streamlined and clean, this kitchen is melodious.

Venture out to the balcony to take in the San Sophia Mountain Range views. Gathered downstairs are the four bedrooms, three ensuites and another balcony. The main bedroom has a king bed, gas fireplace, TV and ensuite with dual vanity and steam shower. Two guest bedrooms have queen beds and their own ensuites. The final bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle. Handily, the hallway acts as the mudroom with ski storage and boot dryers right on the way out to the ski-in /ski-out access on the Lower Sundance green run.

The Cortina building offers a sweet game room complete with a ping pong table, games and a big screen TV. Dip into the year round pool and hot tub, and utilize the full fitness room. Just a short way down San Joaquin Drive, the Market Gondola propels into the heart of Mountain Village and on to the Historic Town of Telluride. After a day of fun, retreat home to the lullaby of a soothing home- perfect for a mountain retreat.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
- The maximum number of cars is 1.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
