Double height ceilings greet you on entry into the gorgeous stone walled guest house with a loft bedroom. Enjoy spacious open plan living on the lower level with lounge, kitchen and dining areas. Amenities include microwave/convention oven, electric cook top, toaster, tea and coffee facilities, 50 inch smartTV with Netflix, Stan and Free Wi-FI. Upstairs enjoy the amazing view from your balcony and all the luxuries of a hotel room including a King size bed, second smart TV and ensuite. Also located on the balcony is a small BBQ with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The guest house shares 1.5 acres of land with the main residence and backs onto a walking trail through the state forest. The backyard has a fire pit area for you to sit back and relax while soaking in the beautiful view.

And there's Wifi for you of course if you must! (Do note that internet and phone reception in the Dandenong Ranges can be unstable and please understand we have no control over that. If you rely on wifi please bring a backup modem).

PLEASE NOTE: The lighting of wood burning fires in properties will be prohibited from the beginning of the declared fire danger season (normally mid December) to the end of February. It is also prohibited on all days of Total Fire Ban at any time of the year. Please see www.cfa.vic.gov.au/home formore details. It is BYO firewood/kindling. The collecting and burning of twigs, leaves and branches from outside your property is strictly forbidden at anytime.
