As a start, I had to contact the owner to get the access info for the property. Then a couple hours after check-in, when we couldn't find any sort of info book in the property, so we had to message you get the Wifi details as they were no where to be found in the property. When we arrived, it was SO cold inside. I realize it's winter, but I was advised that the cleaner was only finishing 1 hour before we arrived. I would think some sort of heat could be left on for a pending arrival. After having all 5 heaters running for a couple hours, it was better. Until the main heater turned off and my husband had to get up in the middle of the night to clean the filter to get it to turn back on. The master bath was lovely looking, but we couldn't use it as the marble floors and interior was so cold. The heat lamp in.the bathroom only had 1 out of 4 heat bulbs working. Every single power point was switched off at the wall. Not convenient to have get down on the floor to turn on the switch under/behind the bed to use the bed side lamps. There was a Nespresso machine in.the kitchen with pods, but it didn't work. The weirdest part was when we came back after a few hours at Scenic World to find a trailer dropped at the end of the driveway with a lawn mower on it. So we no longer had access to the driveway (my husband had to drag it up the driveway so we could park our car). Asbestos warning sign on the house next door. Too many issues for the amount we paid. Would not recommend.
