Nashville Stay

I was very impressed. For the price point, I was a bit concerned about the condition of the unit &/or neighborhood. The unit was all very clean, our room was amazing- very clean, excellent bed linens, shower was fantastic, the balcony was very nice, the kitchenette was perfect. The neighborhood was fine. Quick 5-8 minute ride to downtown. We were able to find free parking on the street close to the building. There is a parking lot directly behind the building that is quite expensive. I would highly recommend this location & will absolutely book here again as I come to Nashville a few times each year. We did not have, nor need to communicate with the property manager, but the survey makes a star rating necessary to move forward & there is no N/A option.

Nashville Weekend

The unit was updated and nice, but the people staying directly above us were really loud at all hours (stomping). There were some ants in the unit, but i suppose that is expected on a ground floor. The refrigerator was installed right up against a wall, so you couldnt open the freezer without scraping the wall.

Nashville Escape

The studio apartment was just what we needed. Being able to lock our luggage before check in was very convenient. The Germantown neighborhood had a lot to offer but was also only a 10 Min Uber ride to downtown Nashville. We even walked down one night.
