About this property

Comfortable apartment with an area of 60m², located on the first floor of a residence in first line.
Facilities in the living room-dining room: ceiling fan, sofa bed for 2 persons, armchair, dining table and 6 chairs, TV and DVD player. French channels with satellite dish.
Facilities in the kitchen, new kitchen installed in February 2013, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, toaster, fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Bathrooms: bathroom with bath and shower, 1 washbasin, 1 WC.
Bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and fan and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The 2 bedrooms have sea view.
From the terrace, protected from the sun by an awning, it has a beautiful view of the beach and sea. All shops are nearby and within walking distance: restaurants, bars and supermarket.
The rental price includes water, electricity and local tax and cleaning at the end of the stay. The sheets are not included in the rental.
Arrivals are on Saturday around 15:00 and check on Saturday around 09:00.
A deposit of 30% of the rental amount is required to secure booking. The balance will be paid on arrival. A deposit of 400 euros will be required on arrival and returned upon departure.

Very good choice

We spent our this year holliday in septembe/october 2015 in Cambrils in app. No. 973177. We would like to tell to everybody who planning to visit Cambrils, that this appartment is very nice, and you will find there everything what you can need during vacation. Situation of this app. is very convinient, just some meters from the beach,You can see the sea from balcony and can go directly to the beach from the building as there is no road to cross.Near the building is a big supermarket, and a lot of restaurants. We can recommend you restaurant "Rugby Tavern" which is just some meters fom the appartment. The owner of the appartment Mr. Claude Pedebalat is very friendly man, and will gladly reply to all your questions. For the next holliday in 2016 we shuerly will choose again this appartment, as well as wil recomend it to all our friends.

Super séjour sous le soleil automnal de Cambrils

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Claude idéalement situé, proche des commerces et face à la superbe plage Vilafortuny. L'appartement est très bien équipé ; il ne manque rien. La communication avec le propriétaire a été des plus agréables pour couronner le tout. Une adresse à conseiller sans hésiter !
