The Space:
Enjoy the comfort of this modern and very well decorated lovely home!

The dreamy ambience brought about by natural light and elegant interior design will make you forget about the busyness of the day. The living area has ample of sitting arrangement for all your gatherings, unwind in the comfy couch and a flat screen smart TV is placed across to keep you entertained while you relax. This space is further tailored with stylish wooden center table teamed up with elegant wooden TV panel, soft carpet, unique arts, floor lamp and beautiful pendant light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a home-cooked meal. You may also choose to have food delivered to the property if you fancy some takeaways. Dine-in together with your loved once the sumptuous meal as the dining area comes complete with a wooden dining top & four dining chairs.

Walk your way to the bedroom and you will be greeted with a queen-sized bed fitted with comfy mattress, hotel-quality linens and pillows for a sound sleep during the night. The bedroom is furnished built-in wardrobes, side lamps and beautiful pendant light. There is a perfect workspace with a desk & chair for you in case you want to catchup with your office work.

Bath essentials such as fresh fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion, are available for use.

Unwind the stress and enjoy your coffee in the balcony whilst admiring the breathtaking Marina views, that is just absolutely fantastic for nice sit anytime during the day or night.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to a rooftop pool, gym and underground basement parking.

The Neighborhood:
The Dubai Marina offers the Dubai Marina Mall, full of luxury high end brands. The Atlantic Tower is located very close to the Mall. The Marina is also alongside the popular JBR beach as well as it offers high end yacht cruises, an extensive selection of restaurants, close proximity to public transportation (Dubai Metro and Tram), and an amazing night life. Aside from this, the Dubai Marina is known for being a very popular waterfront community that attracts lots of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with cafes and restaurants. For the energetic, this area offers breathtakingly scenic pathways around the marina, for cyclists and runners to exercise.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus 310 goes to International City, among many others.

Marina Mall, Dubai Marina Yacht Club, JBR Beach and The Walk are all a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
