The space:
Definitely not a basement!

Lotus Landing is a tranquil space located a five minute walk from bustling Main Street, a quick jaunt from all of Main Street’s amenities, bars, pubs & shops. This space is the perfect balance between small town charm and urban convenience.

This self-contained main-level apartment is only a 15 minute walk from the GO Train station (closer than any hotel!), and only a 20 minute walk from Upper Canada Mall & Southlake Hospital. Perfectly positioned for access to the best parts of Newmarket, in what is considered the most beautiful historic community in the area.

Other things to note:
We’ve included several flyers of excellent services we recommend nearby such as hair salons, massage therapy, spa treatments, bicycle rentals & unique shops.

For stays of a month or longer, a free complimentary cleaning is offered after every 2 weeks.

Unlike a modern hotel, this is an older home, which means sometimes the water can come out brownish briefly for example. These things are normal & safe & are all part of the character & charm of Lotus Landing.

Historic & cozy charming property

Cait was extremely pleasant to communicate with from start to finish in regards to staying at this property. Very charming and impeccably clean little unit in a heritage looking home. Cozy electric fireplace for added warmth and ambiance in the unit. Lovely kitchen and complete private laundry facilities within the apartment. Loved the private porch area to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine. The only thing was I thought a second bedroom existed with a bed however it turned out to be a futon in the main entrance living room, but not a big deal to me. Cait communicated well and I would definitely return to this quiet charming spot which is conveniently located within short walking distance to Main Street Newmarket.
