Apartamento Bom mas mal cuidado; localização ótima.

Ficamos muito desapontados com o apartamento: os primeiros dias foram um pesadelo: torneira quebrada, vazamentos diversos, chuveiro sem funcionar, o proprietário foi consertando tudo sob demanda; mas disse a ele que o apto precisa de uma reforma geral antes de ser alugado novamente, para que outra família não passe os dissabores que passamos. Para ser justa, o proprietário foi sempre muito responsivo nas reclamações, o problema eh que foram muitas. Alguns armários precisam de reforma, estão muito ruins, o piso também ruim, pintura, enfim o proprietário precisa ter um Check list antes de alugar, testar se coisas básicas estão funcionando. Uma pena pq eh um apto bom e ótima localização.
