There is a outdoor bar table with bar chairs on the patio (with BBQ) & outdoor firepit with garden benches with fully enclosed extra large backyard. There’s a double garage with direct access into back yard.

** Kitchen & Laundry
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking Utensils, Crockery, Cutlery, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Dishwasher, Sink, Fridge, Electric oven and Gas Cooktop. Guest will have the whole property to them self. Free undercover parking available.
Other things to note
Booking Requirements :

1. We require guests to have minimum of 2 positive reviews.
2. Limited to Authorised & Permitted amount of guests.
3. No Parties or gatherings without exception.
4. No SHOES or SMOKING inside.
5. Agree to leave the house/ household belongings as you found them prior to start of your stay.
6. We request all guests not to move/change or alter FURNITURE set up & household belongings at all times.
7. Bath, Shower, Vanity and all areas should be clean & FREE of SAND.
8. All Towels, Bed Linen & Manchester should be STAIN & MAKEUP FREE.
9. Rubbish to be removed & place in the allocated rubbish bins as per council requirement.
