The Neighborhood
If youre a keen swimmer, The Murray Rose Pool, known to locals as 'Red Leaf', is a beautiful harbourside tidal pool, which is not to be missed. You can enjoy diving from the wraparound deck or taking a more chilled approach and sunbathing on the floating pontoon.
6 minutes from your front door is one of the unmissable Double Bay spots thats making waves on the gastronomic scene; a 100-year-old pub that has elevated their menu (think wagyu burgers and steak) and offers a relaxed and romantic beer garden with delicious cocktails.
Double Bay has a well-heeled reputation, and this is best-experienced dipping in and out of the designer shopping streets. Transvaal Avenue, Knox, Cross and Bay Streets have an enviable selection of fashion and homewares, as well as being great for people watching.
Enjoy the harbour views, or take a stroll through Blackburn Gardens, a French-esque seaside location with the calm waters of Sydney Harbour lapping against its narrow stretch of sand. Perched along the parks edge is popular brunch spot, Redleaf Pool Caf which has incredible views of the harbour.

Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:
We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.
Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.
The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.
To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method.
