About this property

This is a stunning and spacious five-bedroom house with mountain views in the beautiful community of Walden. This bright home has all you will ever need to make your stay super comfortable.

There is a trampoline in the fully fenced backyard, a deck for those barbecue dinners, and a second kitchen for all your culinary needs. My home also offers a separate office space with French doors.
The space
As you walk in, you will be pleased with the "open to below" foyer. There is a separate office space, a second kitchen (spice kitchen), upgraded appliances, and a fifth bedroom on the main floor; a full bathroom with a toilet, and a large open concept plan with a kitchen, living, and dining area.

The upper floor has two large sized master bedrooms and two other good-sized bedrooms. There is a bonus room and a full bathroom on the upper floor. The laundry room is easily accessible on the upper floor.

The backyard is fully fenced with a trampoline, deck, and a relaxing swing chair for two. A central air conditioning system is installed for those hot summer days.

The basement is not included.

First VRBO for me

Large beautiful home - size and layout, open space, two living areas - feels like home, 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths (great); nice small yard- too bad it rained. Coffee/Tea/Sugar provided-bonus even though we brought our own. Great response time from owner. Too bad someone lives downstairs - just playing a game was causing noise for her and we weren't loud and rowdy. We went up to the bonus room and played instead, hopefully that helped. Pretty clean, however, the cleaner could pay better attention to detail - pee marks on the ground around the toilet, covered by mat; kitchen chairs full of crumbs. All in all - loved the stay and would recommend, especially for larger groups.

Nice Home

The home is really nice but the cleaners could pay more attention to detail. There was black liquid that was running down the wall when we arrived, the showers had a lot of soap scum on the walls, and the toilet paper was pretty much depleted as soon as we arrived. The tenant who resides downstairs can be quite noisy, as well as their dog. This often resulted in us waking up early. We were not expecting the home to have a basement suite and wanted a more private accommodation. The communication with Shade was great and he quickly answered any time we needed something. The area is really nice and is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, bus routes, and other retail stores.
