This charming room boasts a comfortable Queen bed and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, and K-cup coffee set up; beach chairs, free valet. The space


The Hotel has a 24-hour staffed front desk and on site management which allows for easy, any time of day, check-in/check-out.

The Hotel's many amenities include a large heated swimming pool set in a tropical garden, multimedia room, library, over sized lobby (the location of the Palm Beach Day Spa), barbecue facilities, coin operated laundry and a covered breezeway with tables and chairs for dining and relaxing.

A taxi from the West Palm Beach Airport only takes about 10 minutes and costs roughly $18.

Valet services available, including pickup and drop off at the airport or any other location.

Parking at the Palm Beach Hotel requires a parking placard. After checking in, you can retrieve the placard from the Frontdesk, hang it on your rearview mirror while re-parking your car 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue along either Bradley Place or N. County Road where the signs are posted for 2-hour parking.

Your placard is NOT assigned to Permit Parking along Seminole and the other side streets and it is not for the 2-hour spaces next to Chase Bank. It's only for those regions 3 short blocks north of Sunrise Avenue and only along N. County and Bradley Place where the 2-hour parking spaces begin.

Parking in front of the hotel is limited to one hour between 9 AM and 6 PM daily.

Tip: if you happen to arrive around 6 PM, you can park your car in front of the hotel and leave it overnight until 10 AM the next morning. This can be done without a placard. Please move your car by 10 AM or risk getting ticketed with a $50 fine.

Please remember to return your parking placard to the Frontdesk. You may incur a $50 replacement fee if the placard is lost.

Poor value for cost
The island is obviously ritzy. This particular area is probably the least glamorous street of the island. That may make the cost a good value for some people but we felt it was definitely overpriced for what we got. The building is “historical” meaning old and not renovated. The pictures certainly make it bigger than it feels. Note that there is one chair to sit. Kitchen sink is smaller than bathroom sink, microwave and mini fridge. Nonfunctional electric stovetop. The bed is too soft lumpy and old with deep body imprints. Needs were essentially met but no luxury. The beach is two blocks away which was nice. The host was anvailable by Vrbo inbox within 13 hours but we didn’t request any specific needs. Expect to pay a valet to park regularly.
