PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY: this listing is not suitable for anyone wanting to have a "party", a "small gathering", a "work get together", a "photoshoot" an "engagement celebration"etc.
I have been in the unfortunate situation of having to show up at 11pm at the Penthouse accompanied by police to evict guests and I will not hesitate in doing it again should you be having a party in our home.
Please note my neighbours will immediately advise me of a party happening and I will immediately come to evict you, with no refunds given. Please read carefully the section "House Rules" before requesting to book.
If you are thinking of renting this place to party, please move along. Do not send me a request to book unless you have read and understood the house rules.

The apartment has a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with a king bed.

The master bedroom has an ensuite with a shower while the main bathroom features a luxurious bath.

Both bedrooms feature floor to ceiling windows with unobstructed views over Sydney CBD. The main bedroom features a Samsung The Frame TV. A flat screen TV is also present in the second bedroom.

The apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, SodaStream) and a 52 inch Samsung Smart Tv equipped with a Foxtel Movies Package.

The highlight of the apartment is its 100 sqm L Shaped terrace which has uninterrupted views of the CBD and district views, together with an amazing feeling of privacy. The terrace is complimented by over 50 potted plants which create the feeling of being right in the middle of a sky garden just a few steps away from Sydney CBD.

The apartment is perfectly suited to families or a small group of friends who are looking for an exclusive and luxurious base to discover a great city.
Guest access
Guest will have full access to the apartment, one car park and all the facilities of the building which include: a 20m indoor heated pool, a Spa, a Sauna and a gym.
Other things to note
If you want to go ahead with the reservation you must abide by the following rules:
- The maximum occupancy of the Penthouse at any given time is 4 people. Unregistered guests on the reservation won't be allowed to stay or visit.
- There is absolutely no party of any kind allowed in the Penthouse. This includes partying among registered guests. The definition of partying includes very loud music, shouting yelling etc.
- You must be at all time respectful of both my home and my neighbours.

Failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. Please note there will not be any second chances. At the first complaint by our neighbour I will come and personally evict you.

I apologise for having to be so draconian, but I just want to make sure that whoever rents our Penthouse is a respectful person.
