The unit was simple, clean and had everything we needed for our weekend trip. A nice view of parramatta river and so easy to access shops, cafes and restaurants.

Nice but…..lacking

Generally the apartment is nice property owner was a decent bloke but we just had an incident that wrecked our whole stay! We couldn’t gain access to our apartment and where left sitting in the foyer for 2hours then taken up to an 8th floor apartment sat there for another hour and then had to wait in our apartment on the ninth floor to get back in and not be able to leave no toilet for my son who had been at tafe we couldn’t get our car in or out as the apartment key fob for the loft wasn’t working When questioned as to why the owner didn’t know why it just happens sometimes apparently Well I’m guessing someone didn’t pay there building fees Therefore at the better part of a thousand dollars for 3 nights I’m saying stay clear! We where offered a late check out which suited us but no other form of compensation in relation to the stay Vrbo where useless putting us in a group chat on the phone where the owner was over talking me every time and the vrbo rep didn’t want to hear anything bad about it! As far as apartment Beds are the hardest I’ve slept in anywhere Room had rubbish in Mai bedroom and bathroom toenails in bedroom on carpet and snot in shower on tiles so lacking is one way of putting it I’ll personally just book into a motel! For this months tafe trip with my son as a regular traveler to Sydney for my son’s tafe visit for his apprenticeship we tryed these vrbo apartments 2 times we have struck out but this one was the worst!!!! Beds are terrible
