It sits on a huge landmass with different districts for residential and commercial purposes. The location of Dubai South is of prime importance along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, near Dubai Investment Park.
Located right next to Al Maktoum International Airport, District 2020, and UAE’s Green Belt, the development has an advantageous position in Dubai. Here you will also find a future metro station and several bus lines. There are multiple access routes to the territory which include Sheikh Zayed Road & Emirates Road
Dubai South is a city within a city. Eventually, it will be the home of all kinds of basic and luxurious facilities. Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are easily booked through Uber and Careem through their applications that can simply be downloaded on your phone.
If you would like to explore the rest of Dubai via a train or tram, Danube Metro Station is around 17 minutes' drive. Go down to DMCC Metro Station and connect to the Tram Station from here if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. The train system will conveniently take you to other premier locations around the city, like Dubai Mall, the Mall of the Emirates, etc.
The bus stop stand is “Majestique” route going to Expo City - Dubai Metro, an approximately 20-minute interval for pick-up.
Supermarkets & Restaurants are a few minutes away with free delivery service within the vicinity.
Laundry Shops, Ladies’ & Men’s Salon / Spa & Pharmacy/Clinics - 24/7 are just minutes away from this development.
