You can enjoy an early morning coffee and watch the sunrise on the deck. On sunny PEI days, you have your choice of all day sun or shade on one of two decks or in the awesome sun room or screened in room. Lots of options for your enjoyment. Comfortable beds in a newly renovated and expanded cottage on the South Shore of PEI overlooking a private cove on the Northumberland Strait. Only 10 minutes to Victoria by the Sea and 10 minutes from the Confederation Bridge. Only 35 minutes to Charlottetown.

You can bring you well mannered dog along as well, please tell us in advance and commit to keeping you doggy leashed and under control at all times. Please clean up after your dog immediately including the beach and at low tide. No excessive barking please.

Paradise In the Cove

Book Now! This is the most incredible place. Incredible privacy and accessibility to incredible food In Victoria by the Sea. Enjoy sunsets while watching the tide go in and out through the day. Our dog loved exploring low tide with us. Russ is an amazing host super friendly as easy to chat with. Everything you need is all right at the property! We can’t wait to come back again.

Everything you could possibly ask for. Amazing decor, views and location. Dutiful owner in Russ, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Simply, could not have had better of anything and we will DEFINITELY be back!!

The Keep Exceeds Expectations

We had an absolutely incredible stay at The Keep. It was extremely clean and even nicer than the photos portrayed. The cottage had everything we needed and more to have a comfortable and joyful stay and it is in a fantastic location. The beds and linens are very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare food all weekend, and there was lots of comfortable furniture to lounge on inside, in the front “sunroom” and along the wrap around deck outside. The beach in front of the cottage has unreal sunsets and is great for walks or enjoying the red sandy beach when the tide is out. The Keep is in a great location, handy to the Confederation Bridge, 35 minutes to Charlottetown and a short drive to Victoria, a seaside village that has great restaurants and local/gift shops. We would not hesitate to recommend this spot to anyone. It’s very charming and is guaranteed to make your visit to PEI special. We can’t wait to be back!

We love spending time wandering the beach at low tide. We are always close by in the event that our guests need anything. There is a nice 2 K walking loop located right in the cottage area. Spectacular low tides. Clam digging is also an option on the beach.
