Summertree Village condominium complex is situated in the very popular Shore Drive section in northern Myrtle Beach as well as just a very short distance (1 ½ blocks) to the beach. Just a short 5 minute drive away is the Tanger Shopping Outlets and Restaurant Row. The Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage and Barefoot Landing are a short 10 minute drive away. Summertree Village, across the street from Heron Pointe, is situated between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach.

Summertree Village is a professionally managed vacation rental property offered by Booe Realty. This complex offers very spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath or 3 bedroom / 2 bath condominiums. These wonderful vacation rentals all have large living rooms, a dining area, completely equipped kitchen, 2 enclosed screen porches and a balcony.

Each condominium is equipped with standard amenities such as central heat/air conditioning, cable television and a washer/dryer. The resort complex features indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sun decks and a grilling area. Summertree Village does not allow pets or motorcycles on the premises.

For peace of mind, Booe Realty does offer travel insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance and provides each renter with a Limited Accidental Damage Waiver at check-in.
