About this property

Welcome to Canoon, a newly restored home that has been renovated with love.
Our 4 bedroom home has recently been completely refurbished, but still has hints of the original house throughout.

Our house offers, great boat parking, free WIFI, a large entertaining deck, air conditioning, a stunning original fire place for the Winter months and is also pet friendly, what more would you need for your next holiday.

Original timber floor boards throughout the house, high ceilings and even a traditional sun room with great ocean views, this house will have you feeling that original home style with a touch of modern.

The 3x larger bedrooms have Queens sized beds.
The fourth bed has a single bed with a roll out single trundle bed.

Enjoy the cosy living area with flat screen wall mounted TV and relax infront of the fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare and cook for the whole family. Both of the bathrooms have been fully restored, one even had a large bath tub.

There is a larges fully fenced yard for you to bring your pets along with you, please be considerate of our neighbours if you are leaving your dog at home alone. We please ask that you clean up after your pets.

In advance of your stay, here are some things we¿d like to bring to your attention.
While we live in Victoria, this is our Eden home. It is not furnished minimally like some short-term rental properties - it is full of things we love. Kitchen supplies - beyond coffee, tea and sugar - are not supplied for guests as part of the rental. But we leave `the basics¿ of what we cook with and you are welcome to use what¿s there. Please forgive us if you find something past it¿s `use by¿ date. We love Eden and our home here. We hope you do too. Please be gentle with and look after things as if they are your own. If you choose to move things around, please make sure to put everything back where it was.

Decent place to stay

Place was clean, but a dirty tray was eft in the oven. Check-in time was advised on the day via text which could be a problem because reception it's poor.

Great family holiday pad

This is a fantastic newly renovated property. Perfect for families or up to three sets of couples. Do yourself a favour and stay here. A bonus that it is very close to the Eden swimming pool.
